Sophi Haus — Refund & Returns Policy

At Sophi Haus, every piece is crafted with intention, quality, and care. To preserve the integrity of our garments and ensure a consistent luxury experience, we offer a refined and transparent return policy.

30‑Day Returns  
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Exchanges  
If you need a different size or color, our team is here to assist. Please email hello@sophihaus.com for guidance.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Non‑Returnable Items  
Final sale pieces, worn or washed items, and items without original tags or packaging cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.

Shipping  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
