Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may extend slightly, but we always work to ship your pieces as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping on orders over $75

USPS Shipping Methods  
USPS First Class — Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.  
USPS Priority Mail — Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.  
USPS Priority Mail Express — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sophi Haus is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages  
Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS, it is considered successfully delivered. For lost or delayed shipments, please contact USPS directly to open a claim at 1‑800‑275‑8777.

International Shipping  
At this time, Sophi Haus ships within the United States only.
